We are glad you are considering the TCU-School of Nurse Anesthesia, DNP-A / MSNA program. Below is the checklist for all information that must be mailed in by all applicants. We suggest you print this page to insure all materials are received.
Note: Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. All applications and required materials, including letters of recommendation and application fee, must be received by November 1 st for class beginning the next August. Candidiates will be notified of admission status by February 1st.

- Application fee: $50 payable to "TCU"
- Two Official Copies of all College Transcripts
- Personal Essay (click here for instructions)
- Three Letters of Recommendation, sent separately
- Clinical Experience Verification Form
- One copy of each of the following items:
- Nursing license
- PALS certification
- ACLS certification
- CCRN certification
- BCLS certification
