rotating imageWe are glad you are considering the TCU-School of Nurse Anesthesia, DNP-A / MSNA program. Below is the checklist for all information that must be mailed in by all applicants. We suggest you print this page to insure all materials are received.

 

Note: Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. All applications and required materials, including letters of recommendation and application fee, must be received by November 1 st for class beginning the next August. Candidiates will be notified of admission status by February 1st.

 

CHECKLIST FOR APPLICANTS

  • Application for Admission
  • Application fee: $50 payable to "TCU"
  • Two Official Copies of all College Transcripts
  • Personal Essay (click here for instructions)
  • Three Letters of Recommendation, sent separately
  • Clinical Experience Verification Form
  • One copy of each of the following items:
    • Nursing license
    • PALS certification
    • ACLS certification
    • CCRN certification
    • BCLS certification
  • Mail all materials to:

These Items Will Be Automatically Directed To TCU By Using The Following Institutional Codes When Taking The Exam

  •   Official GRE score report (code 6820)
  •   Official MAT score report (code 2560)
  •   Official TOEFL score report, if applicable
