There are two different formats for TCU-DNP-A/MSNA Graduate Applications- editable applications (in MS-Word format) or non-editable applications (in .pdf format).

These are text documents, you will need MS Word to open and edit these applications. If you experience problems downloading the .doc file, download the .pdf file below. For these forms, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is available for free at Adobe.

•   Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer. If your computer cannot read the file, go to
    www.adobe.com and download the Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.
  
•   Once Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed, click on the link to the application. The interactive application for the
    Adobe Acrobat Reader v3.0 or higher will download automatically.
  
•   Adobe Acrobat Reader will open automatically.
  
•   You can now save the document to your hard drive or to a disk (see below).
  
•   Click on the floppy disk button to save the file. (Highlighted in red)
•   You may also print the form and then fill it out either with a typewriter or handprint.
    (The print icon is right next to the save icon.)
